SAN DIEGO – An abandoned vehicle ended up submerged in a flooded area near the Tijuana River Sunday morning.
When FOX 5 arrived at the scene at Saturn Boulevard and Leon Avenue, officials told us that it was an SUV that was stuck and was reported stolen.
Officials were working to remove the vehicle from the water.
The owners of the SUV have since been located and will follow up on their case with the police.
