Ulta Beauty names first-ever VP of diversity, equity and inclusion

Ulta Beauty has named Kim Adams as its first-ever vice president of DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) and talent acquisition. Ms. Adams will lead Ulta’s internal and external DEI efforts, act as an advisor on DEI initiatives and manage the company’s cross-functional DEI governance.
