Amazon seeks to hire 150K seasonal workers

Amazon.com said it plans to hire 150,000 seasonal workers to help meet shipping demand during the Christmas selling season. The retail and technology giant is taking this step after choosing to close, delay opening or abandon warehouses around the country as sales have slowed due to inflationary pressures.
