Canoo won’t sell e-trucks to Amazon after Walmart deal – RetailWire

Walmart agreed to acquire 4,500 electric trucks from Canoo for use in making last-mile deliveries to customers. Canoo needed to agree not to sell any of the vehicles to Amazon for the deal to happen.
