Customers flock to pharmacies for COVID-19 boosters and flu shots

A high percentage of pharmacists and pharmacy techs have suffered from burnout since the pandemic hit the U.S. in 2020. The recent release of new COVID-19 boosters and this year’s flu shot have increased traffic to retail pharmacies, putting further pressure on staff at those locations.
